In response to these challenges, Saultech adopted Vital Knowledge in 2021 to centralize internal know-how and prevent knowledge gaps—even amid workforce changes.

Employees began by designing a folder structure based on roles and functions. Each folder was assigned specific content types, knowledge categories, and permission levels. A well-defined folder hierarchy helped guide users to store documents in the right place. Standardized templates with key information fields made it easier to document, retrieve, and understand shared content. With just a keyword, users can now quickly and accurately find the information they need.
