Aurora Cloud initially developed an in-house CRM and tested several alternatives before ultimately adopting Vital CRM. Originally used for pre-sales opportunity management, the system has since expanded to support sales communication, post-sales relationships, and analytics. The Insight module has become a key tool for sales performance tracking.

In addition, the mobile app eliminates the delay of office-based reporting by enabling real-time visit logging on the go. Managers can instantly review updates and respond quickly, leading to faster decision-making and more accurate opportunity tracking. Managers receive instant updates, allowing faster responses and better opportunity control. As a result, performance improved by over 50%, with some deals won even under tight competition.
